iwssales, inc. is a california corporation formed in 2003, founded by nishan urkumyan as a third party off shore manufacturing company. focused into manufacturing set-top-boxes in the first two years of operation. in 2005 added import services and since then the company business heavily focused into importing daily consumables from china for direct distribution into the hospitality market and retailers. company expended the import and export business globally in 2010 by adding the commodity products. export services for coproducts of ethanol and internationally sourcing coproducts of petroleum to china has been a rapid growth path in 2010. in the first quarter of 2011 company has entered into agreement and executed contracts with beijing officials to supply the commodity needs of china. going forward as business growth is forecasted the company is planning to enter into chartering vessels to resume expansion into the commodity market.
