i'm a qualified coach, entrepreneurial leader, tech geek and people person. i've worked for 30+ years in pretty much every sector: top strategy consultancies, massive corporates, geeky start-ups & scale-ups, entrepreneurial non-profits, plus a side quest as a teacher in my 20s. i usually work executive-level roles, most recently at mckinsey, mastercard and virgin but during the pandemic, i decided it was time to turn my love of coaching into a career itself. so i've started my own business to help others find the work they love, and excel in the work they have. i can help you figure out your strengths, understand what you want to do, find a way into a new space or role, and guide you through the early months where it is so tempting to bounce back to familiar ground. my superpower is the ability to make a nice cup of tea literally anywhere.
