import and export izam is a peruvian company with 3 years' experience exporting and trading andean grains and derivates. our main products are quinoa (white, red, black and tricolor), chia, amaranth and kaniwah and its derivates (raw and gelatinized powder, raw and gelatinized flakes, etc). our facility is located in lima where we process the raw material collected from the ayacucho and puno regions. currently, we are developing our new line of products in our own fields and through our strategic partners apaes cooperative: fresh and frozen pulp fruit like avocados, grapes, frozen juice fruit, etc.
