we are a 360° model agency representing and developing the careers of both homegrown and global talent on our commercial, editorial and social boards. j'adore models was co-founded by two sisters with a view to showcase the talent and personality of their city and beyond. since 2013, our boards have always showcased diversity in ethnicity, shape, size, ability and age and we're constantly pushing to further and better this to represent beauty for all. from day one we work closely through our induction programme to lead our models to long term success. working collaboratively through supported training and guided vision planning, we work across all boards to ensure that we offer full management every step of the way. we push our talent to grow in all areas of the industry, to work collaboratively in their own fields and offer cohesive, down to earth and trustworthy management. through j'adore voice, our models get a voice to tell us their issues, concerns and experiences to help us
