at j3 insurance, we continue to see companies re-brand and make changes as our industry continues to change at a rapid pace. we feel we not only keep up with the changes, in many ways we are in front of them – always trying to improve everything we do. the time has come to re-brand as one agency and make sure we are forever adapting to meet the needs of our clients, employees, and carrier partners. we have experienced significant growth over the last few years, both organically as well as through agency acquisitions. after buying 3 agencies in 2017, it became clear to us that it's time to move in the direction of a new name, a “re-branding.” we feel it's important that we operate as one and position ourselves for future growth anywhere in the usa, not just northern mn. we expect new leaders to emerge within our agency and we want to be ready and able to position ourselves for future growth. it's time we become one identity, one voice, one common and well known agency name for clients
