Jack Frost Foundation

jack frost foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that was formed in september 2017 by the members of the georgetown optimist club–a club that had existed since 1950–in recognition of jack frost, a former 19 year georgetown isd superintendent and a grand champion for youth and education. while the georgetown optimist club had been meeting the needs of young people in georgetown, texas since 1950, the members wanted to focus club monies and energy entirely on georgetown youth. jack frost foundation conducts positive service projects aimed at providing a helping hand to youth. both our volunteers and the members of our board of directors are best known in their communities for their upbeat attitudes. by believing in young people and empowering them to be the best they can, jack frost foundation seeks to continually make our community a better place to live. we believe that interacting with caring adults in our community is vital to the development of our young people and ou
