Jackal Music

jackal music is a small business i run on the side. i teach online guitar lessons with skype but i plan to offer lessons on recording and music video editing using imovie, sony vegas and final cut express. i am currently starting an open mic night on cape cod this spring. our niche is that we offer all performers a half-hour set and can perform anything from music to skits and you sign up a week or two in advance. we advertise the performers with our weekly poster we generate every week and hang up around town in the key areas like coffee houses, bars etc. i also write, publish and perform songs. i have been trained in advanced fingerstyle guitar by grammy winner mark hanson (www.accentonmusic.com) who is also one of my linkedin connections. i have also been trained by nashville session guitarist, steve krenz. i am part way through a certificate program at the berklee college of music.
