the jackson county economic development partnership is a non-profit economic development organization founded in 1989 serving jackson county, ohio and the southern ohio region. the partnership is focused on value added wealth creation through business retention, expansion, & attraction projects, entrepreneurship, and economic development product development. just a few of the services provided by the partnership include local project management, site selection assistance, gap financing programs, and enterprise zone management. the partnership is a founding member of the joint economic development initiative of southern ohio and is served by the appalachian partnership for economic growth (apeg) within the jobsohio network.
