digital product developer. reach out. concept development and validation: ideas arise everywhere, and especially among skilled workers. but how do you choose the best ideas? at the university of copenhagen we used design thinking methods. during the four weeks, we found 10 problems for blind people, 5 of them are being built today. user-driven design: when you are an expert in an area, it can be difficult to understand why others do not understand the subject. therefore, it's a good idea to invite customers in order to understand their mindset. at brfkredit we let users talk about their loans from a simple prototype which resulted in a number of design improvements. creative use of technology: i create new ways in which technology can be used to improve our lives. for example, to use tango (an advanced tablet developed by google) to assist the blind and visually impaired find their way. or improve the analog reading experience of literature using google glass to provide digital tools.
