the mission of japri is to provide rehabilitation services to juvenile and adult minority male individuals who have been incarcerated and/or is likely to participate in activities that will lead them into jail or prison. also, japri will be focusing on the development of good fathers, good community leaders, and providing resources to the community regarding legal, vocational, health, environmental and other available services for all people including those with disabilities, military veterans, and victims of domestic abuse. goals: 1. to assist in the rehabilitation of minority juvenile and/or adult males who are at a relatively high risk of committing crimes or have already been incarcerated in jail or prison and have a high potential of returning to either facility. 2. to provide support and mentoring for the development of good fathers, including those not present in the home, and good community leaders by developing the following curricula for participants to receive instruction
