jalli is a staas (storytelling as a service) solution for dei (particularly the black experience) combining authentic human experiences with data-driven science. we use real and highly interactive narratives to help recruiters, managers, dei officers, and the c-suite within organisations to optimise conscious inclusion in recruitment and retention via our alternative digital immersive learning and development tool. our priority is to support and help organisations empower underrepresented black applicants and employees.
