our label will release a compilation album for each of guinea's four regions with the proceeds split between the artists and the construction of static studios in the country. ​ the jambulance van will be equipped with a range of instruments and will have an international team of sound engineers and professional musicians on board. the team will collaborate with artists to write music, while training young producers to record with a live set-up. project ambassadors will be employed to reach out to female artists in order to ensure parity in all the label's activities. ​ all artists will receive a file of their recording mixed on-board, plus video content posted to our social channels. after the music is published and the static studios are built, young people will be offered courses in sound engineering and the music industry in order to release music independently.  ​ guinea is the first step for the jambulance. the aim is to drive into the heart of communities across africa lif
