james has worked for over a decade as a land agent in the northeast of scotland, gaining a wide range of experience in rural property matters. as a chartered surveyor, he has worked in estate management, acted as negotiator in access & rights over land matters, is an rics registered valuer and has been agent in the sale of a wide range of rural properties throughout the northeast. james craig rural surveying was established so that james can bring this experience to those with rural property interests in a practical & sensible format. his aim is to act as advocate for his clients, bringing all of the professionalism required for this role whilst taking a pragmatic approach.
