jim grew up in the sylvania area all his life. going to sylvania high school until 1976 and then moving into the construction industry. as a carpenter he grew from worker to a crew leader and then his own framing company. at one time he ran three crews and over 17 men. from there he launched his building company which now builds approx. 20 homes and villas a year in the area. with over 325 satified customers he now also develops bare land into subdivisions with his eye for detail.
