james’s bio: i’m originally from the atlanta area and attended the university of georgia. after obtaining a degree in economics and a minor in russian, i lived in the crimea for a short stint teaching english. i then began my career in financial services, as a portfolio manager and consultant to endowments, foundations, and corporations. after a 22 year career on the investments side of financial services, i decided to make the change to mortgage lending. from my past background and experience, i take a consultative approach with my clients in finding the best loan that makes sense for your situation. i often get remarks on my personable nature and customized communications to fit your needs. on a personal note, i love to exercise and spend time with my three kids. i also dabble in e-commerce and real estate investing. here’s an interesting anecdote, i’m an avid traveler and been to 48 states. try and guess the other two! james’s why: i am always asked, “james what gets you out of
