james taylor is a public policy analyst, economist, and community advocate. he has spent his career in public service advocating for disadvantaged youth and is focused on removing the structural barriers that keep kids from achieving their potential. james still believes that every child, regardless of their background or their family’s economic circumstances, deserves every opportunity and resource required for them to thrive. he knows from personal experience the types of success that constituents enjoy when governments prioritize the prosperity of families and make robust, targeted investments in education and youth services, and that is why he will fight in delaware's general assembly to ensure that special interests aren't put ahead of the state's primary interest: the health and wellbeing of youth and their families.
