james talbot coaching is a specialist career and executive coaching organisation working with front office wholesale financial services professionals. fundamentally it works along two main continuums: work relationships time management work relationships may include how to manage your boss through working with one's clients or suppliers to developing one's management and leadership skills. time management focuses on developing efficacy rather than efficiency. at one end of the scale we will be looking at strategic planning covering both p&l and balance sheet issues and at the other we may be looking at your behaviour around meetings and planning your diary.
