i offer individual coaching to support executive development for performance, relationships, and well being. my practice provides a safe confidential relationship to explore the sense of self and build confidence in achieving objectives and desires at work and beyond. clients include c-level and other executives and staff from all sectors and coaches for supervision. the practice is a relationship bounded by experience, expertise and ethics. it is a multidisciplinary approach incorporating role analysis, group dynamics, action research, and psychoanalytic and socioanalytic methods and insights. in addition to thirty years coaching experience my background includes business and psychology, fulltime and adjunct academic appointments, extensive organisational consulting in australia, europe and the usa, and psychoanalytic practice in hospital and private settings. i publish and present papers and workshops on coaching, psychoanalytic, education, systems, and organisational topics. my prac
