this working paper aims to distil a farmer centric demonstrable model to ensure reliable and robust supplychain. organising farmers, use of big data and state of the art farming & digital technologies and efficient /effective marketing are the key levers of the consortium based ppp model of intervention. the overarching objective is to de-risk and streamline the value-chain for all stakeholders. the proposed tap paradigm if successfully implemented will provide a working model with mutual benefits for allplayers especially smallholders and the digital economy, which is much needed for indian agriculture to leapfrog into a new era.
