my name is janosch felde. i work as human relations consultant for invers gmbh with focus on developing potential and growth of employees. i also work freelance as councilor, coach and trainer for individuals and groups (for example teams). i love to provide workshops on topics such as hr-development, hr-digitalisation, remote work, new work, management by values, lean leadership, servant leadership, agile transformation, agile mindset and methods, teamwork and many many more. i believe, companies strive by the work of their employees. by elevating the intrinsic self-motivation of these employees the company elevantes its own success.
