jason k demarest, architect is a full service architectural firm featuring an integrated philosophy that blends architecture, engineering, and construction management. we work with our clients’ design program to develop their aesthetic preferences into architectural solutions. our services are enhanced through building information modeling (bim) with the use of a software package called revit. this software provides advanced 3d visualization capabilites as well as coordinated documentation that auto-updates all drawings when a change is made in one. the advantages it affords allows us to be more effective. we also extract the information that is embedded in each project’s building information model to analyze the cost implications throughout the design process. in addition we can carry this knowledge into the construction phase to help manage the building process.
