fine art photography- bio jason’s passion for photography began as a second grade science experiment with a home-made pinhole camera built out of cardboard and duct tape. pinhole cameras require long exposure times, often over a minute, which is why they have little practical use in the real world. but this experience taught jason early on about one of the great secrets of the world’s best landscape photographers: long exposures lead to magical results. since then, jason has been mastering the art of landscape and seascape photography, with a focus on long exposures and wide angle panoramas, and today pushes the limits of what’s possible with a still camera. what makes jason different from other landscape photographers is his relentless devotion to finding the most exotic landscape scenes in the world, and getting there regardless of the physical challenges, often going to more difficult or dangerous places than many so called “adventurers” are willing to go. if he has to climb mountai
