jat bureau of services and management is composed of personnel which have combined experience of over 125 years in security services. the jat bureau of protective services and management, inc was formed for the purpose of providing superior security services, which would conform the needs of all. the idea for the security enforcement agency, inc was conceived in the state of alabama in 1995. this idea came while studying the various security companies located in the geographical area of montgomery, al. looking at these companies, it was found that the state of alabama has absolutely no training requirements for security officers; therefore, most of the security officers in the area are untrained and possibly dangerous to the public. after discovering this, the idea of establishing a local security agency with highly screened and highly trained security officers was born. this was the birth of the security enforcement agency, inc, which in turn was reorganized in february 2006, and rena
