a parent corporation, we are a limited liability company that owns enough voting stock in other companies to control its policies and management. as a holding company our existence is for the sole purpose of controlling other companies, which might also be a corporation, limited partnership or limited liability company, rather than for the purpose of producing its own goods or services. we also exist for the purpose of owning property such as real estate, patents, trademarks, stocks and other assets. we formed this company to ensure the successful management of a well balanced portfolio of real estate and the development of said real estate through numerous companies and service providers.
