i am paul anderson, owner and managing director of jay-care stairlift & mobility, i am fortunate to have worked within the mobility industry for more than 28 years. i have held a variety of positions during my time, from service engineer to general manager and now managing director. i have always strongly believed that this industry has many companies and professionals who genuinely care about the services we provide. this is an industry that i thoroughly enjoy working in and take great pride from, the challenges can be difficult but the correct decisions and advice mixed with the joy they can bring are second to none. my outlook is to be always available and approachable, my company’s ethos is to do that bit more than others. i have taken every emotion and experience from the last 28 years and tried to offer a level of service that picks all the good from my personal journey. i firmly believe that customer service and delivery is key. a promise is a promise. a delivered promise is a s
