Jazz Leadership Project

the jlp founders, greg thomas and jewel kinch-thomas, have been involved in the arts and business for several decades. specializing in jazz productions, they have presented celebrated artists such as benny golson, ron carter, clark terry, dianne reeves, jon hendricks, aaron diehl, lew tabackin, christian mcbride, and several members of the jazz at lincoln center orchestra. greg & jewel were inspired to form the jazz leadership project after being called to facilitate jazz at lincoln center's syncopated leadership program. as avid advocates for the power of music to inspire and empower, they saw an opportunity to use america's fine art of jazz to give individuals and companies an innovative model grounded in jazz principles and practices to develop leaders , bolster team synergy, and enhance inclusion. jlp uses talent mapping, jazz music, and online content to: enhance personal creativity and communications skills; strengthen leadership capacity; and elevate group collaboration and incl
