the producer of jazz on the mountain at blue held annually on the first weekend in july after canada day (and jazz on the mountain at whistler 2011), jazz on the mountain festivals inc. ("jom") is an event producer of international class jazz and music performances, coupled with a focus on national and regional artists. each concert jom producers is within a highly animated festival site, where tourists of all ages can enjoy the combination of free and paid concerts and attractions. our purpose is to produce the jom festivals at leading mountain ski resorts in the summertime, to enhance the year-round tourist experience for the host venues. to do so, we recognize and deliver to five separate audiences: (1) the performers, whom if treated well, will give performances to be remembered for a lifetime, and spread the reputation in the musician's community about the quality of the event; (2) the sponsors, who are entitled to satisfactory returns on their investments and transparency in acco
