jcb & sons is a family business originally established as jcb homes by founders john and carol ann bender. in 1988 they entered the market as new home builders, later expanding into the renovation business enabling them to use their expertise and unique talents, combined with their passion for fine woodworking. in 2006, the business ownership and management of jcb & sons was transferred to christian bender, a licensed general carpenter. christian, who grew up in all aspects of the business, has been an integral part of the business and vital to its expansion. caleb bender rejoined the family business in 2009. his background includes a bachelor of commerce in entrepreneurial management, a diploma in business administration management, as well as sales and marketing experience. the two brothers take a ‘hands on’ approach to ensure quality craftsmanship and design innovation is instilled into every building project. through originality and high level craftsmanship jcb & sons set themselve
