the school was established in the year 1987 naming ‘kisholoy kindergarten’. initially it was established to facilitating the english medium education for the children of officers of school of infantry and tactics (si&t). thus, there were only classes from play group to standard-i. in the year 2009, the school was renamed as jalalabad cantonment english school(jces) and turned into a full-fledged preparatory school with classes up to standard-v. in 2012 the school started functioning as a junior secondary school. the school aims to open secondary level by 2016. the school has international curriculum up to std-ii and national curriculum (english version) from std-iii to upper classes. the school follows exact syllabi set and duly approved by the central coordination committee (ccc) of english medium schools(ems) of army hq. every year school organizes various co-curricular activities like picnic, study tour and annual sports. guardians are allowed with the students during picnic. we a
