jd designs is a small business i operate out of a little workshop in maryland. my goal is to satisfy customers with one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces that are designed to their needs. i specialize in wood furniture and cabinetry, but have occasionally completed larger projects such as ornamental sheds and gazebos. my furniture and cabinetry feature classic joinery for strength and beauty. i work in a wide variety of wood species and can reproduce nearly any finish. if you have a piece in mind but you can't find it, if you found a piece but it's not the right size or not the right color, or if you have a picture of a project that is not available for purchase, please contact me. i can probably help. jd designs is owned and operated by jonathan degumbia.
