jdgai provides professional home inspection services in the washington dc metropolitan area since 1972. all of the inspectors are full members of the american society of home inspectors (ashi). visit our web site at www.jdgai.com. there are options for the inspection services. we offer reports that are hand written and issued at the site or for a slightly higher fee we also can provide typed emailed reports that include photographs. the hand written report is nine pages long whereas the emailed reports are normally in excess of 35 pages. the inspctions include a hands on evaluation of the electrical and mechanical systems (heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical) and the appliances that convey, as well as a visual examination of the structrual systems including the roofing, walls, ceilings and flooring, the fountaion (basement or crawlspace area), and the surrounding grounds. attached and detatched garages are included. in accordance with the ashi standards of practice, we are looking f
