one degree serbia mission is to inspire and encourage local and regional social movements and actions aimed to mitigate climate change and limit global warming to 1°c. - reduction of greenhouse gases emissions by: o promotion of pricing carbon; and o promotion and implementation of energy efficiency measures at households; - climate change adaptation through the empowerment of local communities and citizens for defense against floods and droughts; and - climate change awareness of citizens and decision makers.
