jefferson community health center hospital is a newly remodeled 17-bed critical access hospital serving southeast nebraska and northeast kansas. jchc offers inpatient, outpatient, swingbed, and obstetric care; 24-hour emergency services; a family medicine clinic; physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy; cardiac and pulmonary rehab; and a wide variety of outpatient specialty clinics. jchc has an attached community wellness center, the bob and wauneta burkley wellness center. jchc also has an attached long-term care facility, gardenside long-term care. jchc is half owner (along with bryan health) of cedarwood assisted living, which is also located on our campus. jchc's vision statement is: we will be the most trusted partner for a lifetime of healthcare. jchc's mission statement is: we will provide an exceptional healthcare experience for every patient, every time. jchc is a community leader in health and wellness education, and is proud to be an active part of our comm
