we are a small business, located in the jacksonville, fl area. we provide property owners that are interested in turning their property or a room or two into a performing asset. our company handles all the logistics for the owner, including filing all state, city and/or county paperwork necessary to register a vacation rental property. in addition to this, we handle all the setup, guest emails, guest relations, keeping property information up to date, handling any guest related challenges and working with owners to determine if their property is a good vacation rental fit. we currently manage properties in ft. lauderdale, marathon and winter haven. we have also worked in the tampa area. we have also started a virtual assistant/remote administrative services. are you looking for someone to make phone calls for you? email documents, file paperwork, make reservations etc. we can also provide data entry, spreadsheet work, word documents and some simple powerpoint presentations. we can
