jenny is a nutrition consultant, working with private clients as well as leading interactive workshops. she works with digestion, weight management, stress reduction and fertility as well as overall wellness. many health imbalances like mood and skin problems can stem from these issues. she provides clients with practical information that helps instill confidence in choosing foods that work for them as individuals, allowing clients to transition to conscious eating that becomes an enjoyable, easy-to-maintain lifestyle. jenny is very passionate about food and makes it a point that her clients feel satisfied, not deprived. she is thrilled to share how healthy food choices can be delicious and energizing! jenny is certified in holistic nutrition through bauman college in berkeley and is a member of the national association of nutrition professionals. she has her b.a. in international business from san diego state university.
