Jentex Training & Consulting

jentex training & consulting is a professional development company for social workers. we help social workers create careers they love, knowing that the communities we serve will only benefit. our service offerings include: 1) continuing education workshops (online and offline!) for licensed social workers and new york state credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselors (casac). 2) staff development consulting. we work with human services organizations (private, nonprofit and government) to conduct on-site workshops, assess staff learning needs and design and implement in-house professional development programs. 3) leadership coaching for human services and nonprofit supervisors, managers and executives. our coaching supports these professionals in building and refining leadership skills, supervising programs and staff and improving client outcomes.
