Jeti Training

jeti training is the educational arm of the jovd. it was set up in 2006 to help maintain and develop an active pool of managerial talent and facilitate educational programs aimed at developing young potential. to that end, it was granted a budget of eur 10.000,00 to set up and run an institute and to acquire and develop training material. the core operation of jeti consisted of a pool of certified course leaders and trainers that could be booked by local organisations. by taking away the burden of finding appropriate course leaders, hosting organisations would be ensured of consistent certification of trainers, and that training material was developed to the highest standard. in addition, jeti training operated a revenue model for training outside the jovd, the proceeds of which were invested in developing the training curriculum. the training curriculum was enhanced by an e-learning environment, that enabled course participants to collaborate, retrieve relevant documentation, an
