i am a clinical psychologist licensed in connecticut and new york. i conduct individual and couples psychotherapy with adults. my focus areas include men’s issues, high-achieving behaviors, fathering, work-life balance, trauma, anxiety, depression, insomnia, anger, life transitions, and romantic relationship struggles. i work with individuals in demanding jobs, pursuing high performance in business, academia, healthcare, and the creative arts. during my clinical training with military veterans, i became passionate about addressing the silent crisis of men’s mental health and continue to specialize in helping men make peace with their inner worlds and guiding them to pursue values-driven goals in work, love, and play. i believe that entering into therapy is an act of courage. i will take a collaborative and theoretically integrative approach to our work together using acceptance and commitment therapy (act), contemporary psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused couples therapy
