Jewish Leadership Academy

the greater hartford jewish leadership academy is the central locus where our community’s existing leaders are strengthened and new leaders are trained. the academy helps to ensure that our jewish community is powered by knowledgeable and collaborative lay leaders who are prepared to lead with vision into the future. it also coaches and mentors leaders at all levels and helps to provide an ongoing leadership pipeline for the greater hartford jewish community and its organizations. the academy represents a community-wide, systemic approach to leadership development. our goal is to train individual leaders who work together to inspire, engage and mentor others, building a more vibrant, connected and vital jewish community. the academy maintains ongoing contact with local agencies and congregations about their leadership needs in order to provide the most relevant programs possible.
