my name is jeffrey gillis and i am a cpa and mba providing cfo advisory and accounting services to small, mid-size and large organizations. i have extensive c-level and mid-level management experience working for start-up, growing and mature stage companies. i have experience with financial workouts, m&a; and quickly building an accounting department and processes for fast-growth companies. i started my own firm to deploy financial management solutions that support the organization’s financial functions so they can focus on growing their business, utilizing the most efficient and effective accounting practices for their company. i leverage technology and software to facilitate the company’s ability to scale by eliminating wasteful processes and redundant resources, in a methodical communicative manner, with minimal to no disruption to the ongoing business. these solutions include fractional or outsourced cfo and controller services, and business processing outsourcing (bpo). i also ass
