youthopia'21 is a 2-day festival that seeks to encourage students from all over india to engage and deliberate in a diverse variety of topics and problems related to economics, business, and policy. the first edition of the fest was held in 2019 and while we aimed to take the fest to the next level in 2020 we couldn't go through with it due to the unprecedented circumstances. in 2021, we come prepared having adapted and changed to match the current requirements. the current pandemic has shown us how connected the world is today. one of the main reasons for that is the rise in globalization which started as a movement to unify economies and countries alike. unfortunately, globalization has now evolved into a movement of hyper-competition wherein each country is trying to make marginal gains over their competitors in every move, much akin to how chess is played. however, every now and then someone comes along, decides to change the rules and it starts to look like they are playing check
