jib consulting, llc was formed by jesse ian boyd, rls, pe in 2021. jesse brings over 20 years of experience in the land surveying and civil engineering fields. he has a breadth of experience as a true field-to-finish surveyor, completing hundreds of projects in the public works and private development fields, including roadways, master-planned communities, and commercial developments. he has contributed to the successful completion of countless projects such as alta/nsps land title surveys, complex boundary retracements, cadastral and control surveys, utility and right-of-way mapping, and construction survey and layout of all types of new build projects. as a professional civil engineer, he has provided project management and/or design of roadways (including freeways and arterials), schools, and other public facilities. his engineering experience includes involvement during the feasibility/due diligence, planning, design, and construction/post-design phases of projects.
