jill grew up in philadelphia and graduated from central high school, a public magnet high school. she earned her undergraduate degree from ursinus college and law degree from temple university. after practicing law for several years, she founded spells writing center, a nonprofit organization focused on children’s literacy and creative writing in philadelphia. in 2009, she moved to washington, d.c. to serve in the white house office of management and budget. in that role she helped launch the president’s management advisory board and worked with business leaders from across the country. jill moved to cincinnati in 2011 when her husband accepted a job with a local health care company. she worked as the senior vice president of operations for downtown cincinnati incorporated (dci)., where she managed a $2.5 million budget to support the economic viability and livability of downtown cincinnati. in 2015 she started her own business, the schiller consulting group, which provides strateg
