service and maintenance of motor vehicles -take care of all customer vehicles (both jim cabs and private customers) -general supervision of all work shop administrator(s), mechanics -check quality of work produced in the workshop and ensure maintenance of high quality standards. -quality check and control of all spare parts, repair work and cleanliness of all vehicles managed by the work shop. -ascertain the accuracy, and reasonableness of each transaction by ensuring proper documentation is done for every purchase and repair work and ascertain the accuracy and completeness of such supporting documents. -review existing procurement procedure and advice on any improvements. -prepare expense tracking mechanisms to ensure that all expenditure is accounted for and justified. -facilitate the creation, update and maintenance of a database for all clients and suppliers and ensure cost effective procurement through vetting suppliers, comparing bids and maintaining quality. -keep a track record
