having been involved with film and video since the early 90s, i became a professional video producer in 2004, and started my own corporate video marketing agency in 2009. i have done every job it's possible to do on a video production, from writing and storyboarding, through lighting and camera work (cameras include dslr, hd, hdv) to post-production (final cut pro x, adobe premiere, adobe after effects) and distribution (youtube partner since 2010). i have a particular passion for and expertise in youtube optimisation. within one month of taking control of six youtube channels at kaplan international english, i had grown organic watch time by as much as 83% on one channel, and an average of 33% across all six. i've used social media extensively to promote my video content and video to enhance my social media feeds on various platforms. my passion is storytelling, and i believe that high quality, engaging video is the most effective storytelling medium on the web. i'm actively seeking a
