Jim Davis & Co. LTD
jim davis and co. ltd was formed in 1980 when jim decided he wanted to venture out on his own following many years working as a carpenter and foreman with lanes (builders). his first project was a house for an engineer on the model farm road and since then has never looked back. the company was based on having a hands-on approach to every project eliminating layers of bureaucracy sometimes associated with larger companies. our first office was in jim’s converted garage but soon grew too small and so moved to pine street. our new office is located on mulgrave road in the old stables used for the horse and carts that brought the butter from the exchange to west cork/kerry. we are a cork based building company, working throughout county cork and surrounding counties. the work we carry out ranges from refurbishment, extensions, new houses, housing schemes and commercial buildings, and small civil engineering contracts. the service we provide can take a project from start to handover of key
