i have extensive experience of leading diverse teams and developing the future leaders within those teams. i am an nlp master practitioner, mediator and leadership coach. i am a qualified leadership coach and experienced senior leader with over 25 years’ experience working in leadership and operational management roles in the north west of england. my aim with all the teams and individuals i have led and coached has been to create the environment that has empowered them to be the best that they can be. empowered and trusted people do great things. i am a chartered fellow of the institute of management and a volunteer business mentor at the prince’s trust.
