i attended the school of visual arts in new york city from 1980 to 1982. i've worked as a graphic artist since 1982, frequently as a staff designer, and all the while maintaining a satisfied freelance client base. beyond my career focus as a digital illustrator and retoucher, i have substantial experience as a typesetter, a designer, and an occasional art director. i have a solid understanding of nearly all aspects of print production, both traditional and electronic, and also a full understanding of web design. i'm fast, professional, and team-oriented. my goal is always to focus on the unique vision of my client and the project at hand, and to offer outstanding, practical, timely, and cost-effective visual solutions.
