jimou quije are a team of business practitioners who help small and medium sized companies overcome challenges to growth, through ethical, long lasting actions. our objective is to decrease the failure rate of companies as they go from start up, through establishment to growth. we help start ups with strategy, planning and building a network of trusted partners. occasionally we will invest in these companies on a sweat equity or seed funding basis. we help establishing companies (typically 10 to 50 employees) build efficient, effective, scalable process, measures and systems. without destroying the passion, agility and creativity that make them special. we help growth companies (typically 50 employees upwards) with immediate and tactical, hands on problem solving; particularly in situations where they don't have the executive capacity to resolve those specific issues in house right now.
