the jindal blog for law and political theory is a jindal student run blog focused on areas of law, political theory, jurisprudence, and politics. the blog is borne out of the academic silence in such areas especially at the students’ level and wishes to cultivate the notions of law as reason and thought amongst them. the blog hopes to be a space for students to provide and discuss diverse opinions and fresh approaches to classic underpinnings of law. at the same time, it wishes to reinvigorate some forgotten traditions, thinkers and schools of thought which have made generative contributions to the study and practice of law. the blog endeavors to cultivate among students a spirit of critical and creative engagement with an expansive understanding of the concept of law as reason and will, norm and decision, and how it is actualized in the thought and practice of the political world. the blog seeks to provide students with an accessible space where they can engage with critical nuances
